The frequency of spontaneous apoptosis in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of tumor carriers as a criterion in the prognosis of the efficacy of special treatment

The relationship between level of spontaneous apoptosis in the lymphocytes of peripheral blood of tumor patients, detected before the treatment, and effectiveness of following special therapy was found. The possibility of using of the proposed method of spontaneous lymphocytes apoptosis detection for the objective prescribing of chemotherapy was demonstrated.
