Using of Genomic in situ Hybridization for Genetic Studying of Common Wheat Triticum aestivum L. and Its Close Relatives

The literature data on use of genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) for genetic studying of common wheat and its close relatives are reviewed. The conclusions as to the necessity of complex investigation of genetic material using GISH and other modern methods are drawn.
