The characters of combined genetic screening of the first trimester of pregnancy after use of assisted reproductive technology programs

Results of comparison of nuchal translucency measurments (NT) and parameters of the biochemical analysis of blood serum of pregnant women in the first trimester and after use of assisted reproductive technologies (in vitro fertilization and cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)) are submitted. It was shown that NT does not differ from those of women with spontaneous pregnancy, and parameters of biochemical markers tend only to change. After ICSI use concentration of free beta-HCG authentically increases.
