Analysis of genetic variability of seed embryos in trees characterized by different seed productivity in crimean population of Pinus pallasiana D. Don

A comparative analysis of allozyme variability has been conducted for 10 polymorphic loci of samples of seeds and maternal plants characterized by significant differencies in productivity of empty and full-grained seeds in Pinus pallasiana D.Don population in Crimea. It has been determined that allele diversity is fully reproduced in seed progeny of plants of distinguished samples. However, their genetic structure is deviated because of heterozygote deficiency.
