Молекулярне різноманіття спейсерної ділянки СоІ-СоІІ мітохондріального геному та походження Карпатської бджоли

РЕЗЮМЕ. В настоящее время в Украине угрожающих масш-табов приобрела неконтролируемая гибридизация пчел, принадлежащих к разным подвидам или породам Apis mellifera. Сохранение генофонда аборигенных пчел, хорошо адаптированных к местным условиям окружающей среды, является неотлож-ной проблемой, которая не может быть решена без применения молекулярных методов мониторинга генетического состава местных популяций. Для прояснения происхождения Карпатской пчелы и разработки молекулярных методов ее идентификации были проведены расшифровка и сравнительный анализ первичной нуклеотидной последовательности области CoI-CoII митохондриального генома Карпатской пчелы и представителей нескольких подвидов A. mellifera. В исследуемом участке была обнаружена мутация, характерная для Карпатской пчелы. Показано, что Карпатская пчела происходит от среднеевропейского подвида A. m. carnica и представляет собой экотип, возникший в результате миграции этого подвида на восток, что привело к образованию карпатских популяций медоносной пчелы.

У наш час в Україні загрозливих масштабів набула неконтрольована гібридизація бджіл, які належать до різних підвидів або порід Apis mellifera. Збереження генофонду добре адаптованих до локальних природних умов місцевих бджіл є актуальною проблемою, яка не може бути вирішена без використання молекулярних методів для моніторингу генетичного складу місцевих популяцій. Для прояснення походження Карпатської бджоли та розроблення молекулярних методів її ідентифікації було здійснено розшифрування та порівняння первинної нуклеотидної послідовності ділянки СоІ-СоІІ мітохондріального геному Карпатської бджоли та представників кількох підвидів A. mellifera. У дослідженій ділянці було виявлено мутацію, характерну для Карпатської бджоли та встановлено, що вона походить від центральноєвропейського підвиду A. m. carnica і являє собою екотип, який виник внаслідок просування цього підвиду на схід з утворенням карпатських по-пуляцій медоносної бджоли.
