Квантовые точки CdS, полученные путем «зеленого» синтеза: сравнительный анализ токсичности и влияния на пролиферативную и адгезионную активность клеток человека

Ранее нами был разработан новый альтернативный подход для внеклеточного синтеза квантовых точек CdS с использованием биологических матриц, полученных на основе бактерии Escherichia coli, гриба Pleurotus ostreatus и растения Linaria maroccana. Полученные наночастицы обладают устойчивыми люминесцентными свойствами и имеют диапазон размеров от 2 до 10 нм в диаметре. В данной работе представлены результаты исследования цитотоксического/цитостатического воздействия, пролиферативной активности, адгезивной способности синтезированных квантовых точек CdS на клетки HeLa (рак шейки матки человека), опухолевые клетки T- и B-лимфоцитов человека, линию опухолевых клеток AGS (рак желудка) с использованием MTT-теста и проточной цитометрии. Обнаружено, что квантовые точки CdS, полученные методом «зеленого» синтеза, имеют более низкую токсичность по сравнению с неорганическим сульфидом кадмия, что делает их привлекательными в качестве нового типа нетоксичных люминесцентных зондов для биовизуализации в цитологических исследованиях.
