SUMMARY. The effect of γ-irradiation, intra- and interspecific of tomato hybrids F1 to offset an effect Mendelian mono splitting hybrid and crossover percent variability and recombination of genes for marker chromosomes 2 and 6, which are uncouple have been studied. It was found that more significant shifts splitting of marker loci of studied chromosomes have appeared in option of seed treatment of 130 Gr γ-radiation dose. The significant direct interaction between Mendelian splitting gene m-2 and a vaue rfm-2 c in the option 60 Gr and both genes aw and m-2 and the values rfaw c, aw m-2 in the option 60 Gr and 130 Gr in combination Mo500 × var. cerasiforme have been revealed. The latest corresponds to the effect of «quasirepulsion».
