SUMMARY. The impact of alkaloid-free fraction of Galega officinalis extract on morphological properties of blood immune cells. These effect was tested by measuring of aggregation ability, actin polymerization process investigation and membranes sialic glycoconjugates restructuring of rat peripheral blood leukocyte membranes at normal and experimental induced diabetis conditions. The positive regulative effect of alkaloid-free fraction of Galega officinalis extract was shown on the functional state of leukocytes; this can develop via the process of formation of actin cytoskeleton elements and by changes in the structure of carbohydrate determinants and membrane surface glycoconjugates reallocation of these cells.

Key words: actin cytoskeleton, sialic acid glycoconjugate, leukocytes, diabetes mellitus, Galega officinalis L. extract
