Метилжасмонат и оксид азота в регуляции устьичного аппарата Arabidopsis thaliana

Исследовали влияние метилжасмоната, доноров и антагонистов оксида азота (NO) на состояние устьиц у растений Arabidopsis thaliana дикого типа (Col-0). Обработка эпидермиса листьев 50–400 мкМ растворами метилжасмоната (МЖ) вызывала уменьшение числа открытых устьиц и размеров устьичной апертуры. Эти эффекты практически полностью устранялись после предварительной обработки эпидермиса скавенджером оксида азота PTIO (2-phenyl-4, 4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide) и частично после обработки ингибиторами NO-синтазы животных (L-NAME – NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester) и нитратредуктазы (вольфраматом натрия). Доноры оксида азота (L-аргинин и нитрит натрия) в концентрациях 0,5–2,0 мМ также уменьшали количество открытых устьиц и размер устьичной щели. Влияние L-аргинина на состояние устьичного аппарата нивелировалось после предобработки L-NAME, а эффекты нитрита натрия устранялись вольфраматом натрия. Сделано заключение о возможном участии NO, образующегося в результате окисления L-аргинина, а также при восстановлении нитрата/нитрита, в регуляции устьичного аппарата и его роли в реализации влияния МЖ на состояние устьиц у растений A. thaliana.

РЕЗЮМЕ. Досліджували вплив метилжасмонату, донорів та антагоністів оксиду азоту (NO) на стан продихів рослин Arabidopsis thaliana (генотип Col-0). Обробка епідермісу листків 50–400 мкМ розчином метилжасмонату (МЖ) викликала зменшення кількості відкритих продихів і розміру продихової апертури. Ці ефекти практично повністю усувалися попередньою обробкою клітин епідермісу скавенджером оксиду азоту PTIO (2-phenyl-4,4,5,5-tetra-methylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide) і частково після обробки інгібіторами NO-синтази тварин (L-NA-ME – NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester) та нітратредуктази (вольфраматом натрію). Донори оксиду азоту L-аргінін і нітрит натрію в концентраціях діапазону 0,5–2,0 мМ також зменшували кількість відкритих продихів і розмір продихової щілини. Вплив L-аргініну на стан продихового апарату ні-велювався після передобробки L-NAME, а ефекти нітриту натрію усувалися вольфраматом натрію. Зроблено висновок про можливу участь оксиду азоту, що утворюється у результаті окиснення L-аргініну, а також при відновленні нітрату/нітриту, у регуляції продихового апарату, та його роль у реалізації впливу МЖ на стан продихів у рослин A. thaliana.
