Молекулярна організація 5S рибосомної ДНК Deschampsia Antarctica

РЕЗЮМЕ. Deschampsіa antarctіca, один из двух видов покрытосеменных, растущих в экстремальных условиях Антарктики, представляет собой уникальную модель для изучения взаимосвязи между генетическим полиморфизмом и такими факторами эволюции, как изоляция, миграция и адаптация к новым экологическим условиям. Удобным инструментом для изучения этих вопросов являются молекулярные маркеры. Для оценки возможности использования 5S рДНК для дифференциации популяций D. antarctica было осуществлено клонирование и секвенирование этого участка генома у растений, представляющих три популяции этого вида из Прибрежной Антарктики. Установлено, что в геноме D. antarctica присутствуют как минимум два структурных варианта повторов 5S рДНК, которые отличаются многочисленными заменами нуклеотидов и инсерциями/делециями в межгенном спейсере. Имеющийся структурный полиморфизм позволяет предложить использование этого участка для изучения внутривидового генетического разнообразия D. antarctica.

Deschampsіa antarctіca, один із двох видів покритонасінних, які ростуть у екстремальних умовах Антарктики, являє собою унікальну модель для вивчення взаємозв’язку між генетичним поліморфізмом та такими факторами еволюції, як ізоляція, міграція та адаптація до нових екологічних умов. Зручним інструментом для вивчення цих питань є молекулярні маркери. Для оцінки можливості використання 5S рДНК для диференціації популяцій D. antarctica було здійснено клонування та сиквенування цієї ділянки геному у рослин, які представляють три популяції цього виду з Прибережної Антарктики. Встановлено, що в геномі D. antarctica присутні як мінімум два структурні варіанти повторів 5S рДНК, які відрізняються чисельними замінами нуклеотидів та інсерціями/делеціями у міжгенному спейсері. Наявний структурний поліморфізм дозволяє запропонувати використання цієї ділянки для вивчення внутрішньовидового генетичного різноманіття D. antarctica.
