Characterization and Phylogenetic Analysis of the Complete Chloroplast Genome of Orinus kokonoricus (Poaceae), an Endemic Species from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

РЕЗЮМЕ. Orinus kokonoricus – це альпійська багаторічна трава (Poaceae), ендемічна для Цинхай-Тібетського нагір’я (ЦТН) в Китаї, яка має надзвичайно велику екологічну та генетичну цінність. Для того, щоб дослідити характеристики та філогенетичний аналіз повного геному хлоропласту (cp) O. kokonoricus у цьому дослідженні, ми спочатку секвенували та зібрали його cp геном за допомогою платформи Illumina HiSeq4000. Результати продемонстрували, що повний cp геном Okokonoricus має довжину 134 466 п.н. з високим вмістом AT – 61.6% і стандартну чотиристоронню структуру, включаючи одну велику унікальну послідовність (LSC, 79 932 п.н.), одну малу унікальну послідовність (SSC, 12 490 п.н.) та дві ділянки з інвертованими повторами (IRA та IRB, 21 022 п.н. в кожному). Він повністю кодує 137 генів, що містять 81 білок-кодуючий ген, 45 тРНК генів та вісім рРНК генів. Більше того, більшість цих генів присутні в унікальних послідовностях. Жоден з анотованих генів cp геному O. kokonoricus не містить інтронів. Крім того, філогенетичний аналіз на основі 40 послідовностей повного cp геному Poaceae показав, що O. kokonoricus є сестринською кладою кладі виду Eragrostis з Chloridoideae.
