Ідентифікація генів стійкості до жовтої іржі азійського походження у сортів і ліній озимої пшениці

Жовта іржа, збудником якої є гриб Puccinia striiformis West. (синонім – P. glumarum Erikss. et Henn.), є небезпечним чинником, що призводить до суттєвих недоборів врожаю зерна пшениці м`якої та погіршення його якості. Останні дослідження свідчать про експансію високовірулентних штамів жовтої іржі з пригімалайського регіону та витіснення ними менш патогенних європейських рас P. striiformis, що становить реальну небезпеку для аграрного сектору Європи, в тому числі і України, оскільки, ймовірно, більша частина сортів пшениці, стійких до місцевих рас P. striiformis, є чутливими до високовірулентних штамів цього регіону. У зв’язку з цим проведено оцінку стійкості до збудника жовтої іржі 558 сортів і ліній озимої м’якої пшениці, зокрема, на інфекційному фоні – 171 та на природньому фоні 387. Зразки озимої пшениці в колекційному сортовипробуванні походили з 17 країн, але більшість були української селекції. У результаті проведеного скринінгу стійкості сортів і ліній пшениці озимої до жовтої іржі виявлено, що лише 19 (або 3 %) зразків проявили відповідну стійкість. У результаті аналізу за допомогою молекулярних маркерів стійких до жовтої іржі зразків пшениці на наявність генів Yr10 та Yr36 не було виявлено жодного зразку, який би містив хоча б один з цих генів. В той же час результати скринінгу за допомогою молекулярних маркерів Xbarc8, S23M41-310, S23M41-140, dp269 свідчать про наявність фрагментів ДНК різних довжин, асоційованих з алелями стійкості генів Yr5, Yr15 та YrSp, у чотирьох сортозразків української селекції.
