Участь сірководню у формуванні теплостійкості проростків пшениці за дії загартувальної температури

Роль сірководню (H2S) як сигнального посередника-газотрансмітера у терморезистентності рослинних клітин залишається малодослідженою. Вивчали участь ендогенного сірководню у формуванні теплостійкості проростків пшениці (Triticum aestivum L.) спричинюваному короткочасною дією високої температури. Після однохвилинного впливу температури 42 °С у коренях проростків пшениці відзначалося транзиторне зростання вмісту сірководню з максимумом через 1,5 год після прогріву. При цьому через 24 год після дії високої температури вміст H2S у коренях знижувався до рівня контролю. Спричинюваний дією загартувальної температури ефект зростання вмісту сірководню не проявлявся за обробки проростків його скавенджером гіпотаурином та інгібітором L-цистеїндесульфгідрази піруватом натрію. Загартувальний прогрів проростків викликав швидке зростання в їх коренях активності супероксиддисмутази (СОД) і поступове збільшення активності каталази і гваяколпероксидази. Максимальний ефект підвищення активності цих антиоксидантних ферментів відзначався через 24 год після дії загартувальної температури. Обробка проростків гіпотаурином і піруватом натрію перед загартувальним прогрівом усувала ефект збільшення активності каталази і гваяколпероксидази, але майже не впливала на активність СОД. Ушкоджувальний прогрів проростків (45 °С, 10 хв) спричиняв підвищення вмісту продуктів пероксидного окиснення ліпідів (ПОЛ) в клітинах коренів і подальшу загибель значної частини проростків. Попередній загартувальний прогрів значно підвищував теплостійкість, зменшуючи інтенсивність ПОЛ і рівень загибелі проростків. При цьому їх обробка скавенджером сірководню гіпотаурином та інгібітором L-цистеїндесульфгідрази піруватом натрію значною мірою нівелювала розвиток теплостійкості, спричинюваний загартувальним прогрівом. Зроблено висновок про роль сірководню як сигнального посередника у регуляції антиоксидантної системи і розвитку теплостійкості проростків за дії загартувальної температури.
