Genetic diversity and population structure analysis of landrace and wild relatives of lentil germplasm using CBDP marker

РЕЗЮМЕ. Оцінка генетичної різноманітності і структури популяції колекцій зародкової плазми надає селекціонерам можливість виводити нові вдосконалені сорти. У цьому дослідженні було оцінено генотипну мінливість 90 генотипів сочевиці за допомогою 10 CBDP-маркерів (CAAT Box Derived Polymorphism). Відсоток поліморфізму складав 100 % з середнім значенням 100 %, що вказує на високий рівень поліморфізму. Всього було ідентифіковано 117 алелів для різних генетичних локацій, в середньому по 13 алелів на праймер. Серед використаних CBDP-маркерів найбільший ампліфікований алель належав маркеру CBDP22 з 21 смужками, і найменший ампліфікований алель відповідав маркерам CBDP3, CBDP6 і CBDP13 з 11 смужками. Індекс поліморфності (PIC) був у діапазоні від 0,413 до 0,471 з середнім значенням 0,448. Індекс інформативності маркерів (MI) був у діапазоні від 4,85 до 9,90. Найвищий показник генетичного різноманіття (PIC та MI) стосувався CBDP22, що вказує на високу чутливість цього маркера порівняно з іншими. Генотипи були згруповані у п’ять окремих груп на основі групування молекулярних даних за методом приєднання. Аналіз структури популяції продемонстрував найвищий пік при K=3, що вказує на наявність трьох основних кластерів. Результати цього дослідження показали можливість використання CBDP маркерів як корисного інструменту у вивченні генетичної різноманітності зародкової плазми сочевиці.
