Complete chloroplast genome of Psammochloa villosa (Poaceae), a pioneer grass endemic to sand dunes in northwest China

Psammochloa villosa – це багаторічна трава (Poaceae), яка росте у пісках північно-західного Китаю та має надзвичайно велику екологічну та генетичну цінність. Для вивчення, характеризації і філогенетичного аналізу повного хлоропластного (cp) геному Psammochloa villosa ми спочатку секвенували і порівняли його з іншими хлоропластними геномами в межах Poaceae у цьому дослідженні. Результати продемонстрували, що розміри хлоропластного геному P. villosa були 135 541 п.н., і він мав високий вміст A + T – 61,2 %, та типову чотиристоронню структуру з довгими (LSC, 80 272 п.н.) і короткими (SSC, 12 453 п.н.) унікальними ділянками, розділеними двома копіями інвертованих повторів (IR, по 21 408 п.н. кожна). Ми зробили успішну анотацію 134 генів, включаючи 79 білок-кодуючих генів, 42 генів тРНК і 10 генів рРНК. 42 з цих генів знаходяться в ділянках інвертованих повторів. Крім того, ми створили філогенетичне дерево на основі 40 послідовностей хлоропластного геному, яке вказує на тісніший зв’язок P. villosa з іншими видами рослин у підродині Pooideae.
