Визначення зараженості сорту Каберне Совіньйон клонового походження вірусами винограду

Високопродуктивний сорт винограду Каберне Совіньйон має схильність до ураження вірусними хворобами, що позначається на агробіологічних та смакових показниках його якості. Було поставлено за мету ідентифікувати сорт Каберне Совіньйон клонового походження з півдня України; встановити зараженість рослин цього сорту шкідливими вірусами винограду, що входять до системи сертифікації садивного матеріалу; ідентифікувати збудників вірусних хвороб за допомогою молекулярно-біологічних методів та встановити нуклеотидну послідовність гену білка оболонки 2CCP, виявлених вірусів винограду. В результаті фітосанітарного обстеження були виявлені кущі винограду сорту Каберне Совіньйон клонового походження з симптомами ураження вірусом коротковузля (GFLV) винограду і скручування листя винограду (GLRaV). Результати ідентифікації вірусів винограду за допомогою методу ПЛР зі зворотною транскрипцією у режимі реального часу засвідчили наявність вірусу коротковузля у виноградних рослинах з симптомами ураження. В результаті секвенування було встановлено, що нуклеотидна послідовність ізоляту з сорту Каберне Совіньйон дуже близька до зразків із географічно віддалених від України районів, насамперед США, Ірану і Франції. За допомогою мікросателітного аналізу доведено, що саме сорт Каберне Совіньйон клонового походження було уражено вірусом коротковузля. Одержаний сіквенс гена білка оболонки 2CCP виявленого вірусу коротковузля анотовано у міжнародну базу даних GenBank за номером MN072356.1.
