Karyomorphology of two cyprinid barbels (Teleostei: Cyprinidae) from Gediz River, Turkey

РЕЗЮМЕ. Було проведено каріологічне дослідження Barbus pergamonensis (Karaman, 1971) та Luciobarbus lydianus (Boulenger, 1896); було визначено каріотипи і методи фарбування хромосом за допомогою C-бендингу і зафарбовування сріблом. Кількість диплоїдних хромосом (2n) незмінно становила 100; каріотипи складалися з 26 метацентричних (m), 20 субметацентричних (sm) і 54 субтело­акроцентричних (st-a) хромосом у B. pergamonensis і 24 m, 22 sm та 54 st-a хромосом у L. lydianus. Жодних гетероморф­них статевих хромосом не було виявлено. C-смуги спостерігалися у перицентромерних ділянках деяких хромосом досліджених видів. У обох видах риб було виявлено множинні ядерцеутворюючі регіони. Результати цього дослідження можуть бути використані для цитотаксономії марен.
