The major genes of the cariopsis aleurone layer colour in maize lines genotypes were studied in the check crossings with the samples analizators. The lines P 502 Rf M, F7 rf С, F2 rf С, Cg 10 rf М, and F 115 rf М have the following genotype on these genes: А1 А1 А2 А2 с1 с1 С2 С2 r r.
