Callose content in cell walls of leaf epidermis and mesophyll in Alisma plantagoaquatica L. plants growing in different conditions of water supply

Ovrutska I.

SUMMARY. The relative callose content in Alisma plantago-aquatica leaves has been studied at the phases of budding and flowering – fruiting. The callose content in cell walls was shown to vary depending on the type of tissue, phase of ontogenesis and of water supply.
