Частота спонтанних і радіаційно-індукованих аберацій хромосом в лімфоцитах периферичної крові осіб різного віку

РЕЗЮМЕ. С использованием метода GTG-окрашивания метафазных хромосом исследована спонтанная и ин-дуцированная рентгеновским облучением in vitro (0,25 Гр) частота аберраций хромосом, а также уровень хромосомной нестабильности в результате эффекта свидетеля в лимфоцитах крови лиц в возрасте от 12 до 102 лет. Не зарегистрировано статистически достоверного различия между средне-групповыми частотами спонтанных аберраций хромосом у подростков (12–16 лет) лиц среднего возраста (33–52 года) и долгожителей (90–102 года) (р > 0,05), тогда как у лиц пожилого возраста (60–70 лет) этот показатель был выше за счет повреждений хроматидного типа (р < 0,05). В облученных in vitro лимфоцитах крови лиц в возрасте 12–16лет, 33–52 года, 90–102 года уровни аберраций хромосом не отличались между собой (р > 0,05), однако у лиц 60–70 лет частота хромосомных аберраций превышала эти показатели в других возрастных группах за счет повреждений хромосомного типа (р < 0,05). В необлученных лимфоцитах крови подростков, лиц среднего и пожилого возраста при совместном культивировании с облученными in vitro (0,25 Гр) клетками зарегистрировано индукцию эффекта свидетеля. В лимфоцитах долгожителей развитие эффекта свидетеля не обнаружено.

З використанням GTG-забарвлення метафазних хромосом встановлено спонтанну та індуковану рентгенівським випромінюванням in vitro (0,25 Гр) частоту аберацій хромосом і рівень хромосомної нестабільності внаслідок ефекту свідка в лімфоцитах крові осіб віком від 12 до 102 років. Не зареєстровано статистично достовірної різниці між середньогруповими частотами спонтанних аберацій хромосом у підлітків (12–16 років), осіб середнього віку (33–52 роки) і довгожителів (90–102 роки) (р > 0,05), тоді як у осіб літнього віку (60–70 років) цей показник був вищим за рахунок пошкоджень хроматидного типу (р < 0,05). В опромінених in vitro лімфоцитах крові осіб віком 12–16, 33–52 і 90–102 роки рівні аберацій хромосом не мали статистично значимої різниці між собою (р > 0,05), проте у осіб віком 60–70 років частота аберацій хромосом перевищувала показники інших груп за рахунок пошкоджень хромосомного типу (р < 0,05). У неопромінених лімфоцитах крові підлітків, осіб середнього та літнього віку при сумісному культивуванні з опроміненими in vitro (0,25 Гр) клітинами зареєстровано індукцію ефекту свідка. У лімфоцитах довгожителів розвитку ефекту свідка не  виявлено.
